- Wigan and Preston! How cruel to steal dogs and dump them so far away from home. They must have both been terrified. So glad they are both found. Hope they are home soon xx

- I have spoken to neighbour who registered on behalf of owner.
Crime number will be sent to myself tomorrow for updating.
CCTV being looked at by police.
