- Other Info He is a rescue from Romania, he’s only been in the country a week and is very timid. PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH, he is extremely scared and will run. Sparky is wearing an orange collar with skull and crossbones on it. He also still had an orange and black lead attached when he bolted. Please contact me if there are any sightings of him. If found, Sparky must be reported to the Council Dog Warden As REQUIRED BY LAW
