"I can’t believe that I’m writing this, but Abbey has crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
I cannot tell you how utterly devastated we all are. Abbey was our giraffe. So, unbelievably complicated and the most challenging dog I’ve ever met. She was also sweet and so loving. I can’t tell you how much we’re going to miss her.
To the man who rang me this afternoon to tell me he had my beautiful dog and wanted £400 for her safe return. She was already gone, at that point - I literally have no words.
I can’t thank Dana’s Angels - Fife for letting me know. I can’t thank all of the many, many people for sharing her beautiful face. I can’t thank PPTF for springing into action and sharing her face. So many thank you’s to you all.
Run free - the Rainbow Bridge will never have had a giraffe as beautiful as Abbey Dabbey Do.
