- Have you thought of contacting Colin Butcher (Ex pet detective) who resides in Surrey. but now works as a pet detective, and has much success in finding lost, and stolen pets whilst in the police force, and as a pet detective. Although private company, money donated by helpers goes towards those on low incomes etc. He is willing to drive a fair distance.
