- I'm so very sorry Maisie didn't make it home to her loving owners. It's so sad when I see Rainbow Bridge on the site Run free at the Bridge Maisie. Hope it wont take too long for her owners to be able to look at pictures and recall memories of her with a smile rather than the sadness they have now. xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I am so sorry, this is such sad news. At least the family can have some sort of closure now she has been found, albeit very, very difficult. RIP Maisie xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Dear pet lovers, and especially Helen, I am very sad to report that Maisie was found today. She had been run over and her body was found by the side of Leeds Road, just outside of Scholes. We have collected her, and from another phone call we received today, we think she was probably killed on Thursday night, not long after she was lost. She was a special, beautiful, loving pet, and she will be sorely missed by many people, especially our friends' children. A huge thank you to all of you for your help and for Helen's phone calls of support. We are off to take our posters down now - they have served their purpose. Once again, thank you, and good luck with all of your work. Best wishes, Andrew and Natalie.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Have looked at map of area and Garforth Golf club is in the area. Might be useful if owners can get posters up in there (if not done already) There are a few more golf clubs around the area too. There looks to be an area called Pendas fields too which might be worth postering around there too.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Hi great to see owners have registered Maisie with DL and she is now on site. I saw ad on NPR this morning when I was trawling for matches to the lost ones I am checking. I rang and spoke to owner as the more coverage she gets the better chance of getting her home asap. Leeds dog warden has been notified, but I also suggested registering Maisie with Selby dog warden too. The owners have the names and nos of the kennels used by Leeds dog warden so will be checking those. Majorjet, wondered if you would be able to send owners scenting instructions ?
