e mail from owner:   Good Morning  I am pleased to say that we have recovered Rory. Following advice to place an item of clothing back at the place where he went missing we turned up this morning to find him siiting by the gates to the woods. Many thanks for your assistanceLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Just spoken to Rory's owner. He took off after something at the end of his walk in the woods near Chapel Lane - most unlike him. They keep going back to where he disappeared and will leave an item of clothing with their scent on it to try and keep him in the area. The Hughenden Estate is very near and is a vast open area so he could well be holed up over there somewhere.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
