Hi all the bad news is this girl didnt get claimed back by her original owners but the good news is she has a lovely new home with another dog.So she has a friend to grow up with. The new owners took their dog to the kennels and they got on immediately. She is warming her belly by the fire.I will try and get a picture as it is my nieces friends daughter who has rehomed her.I am so happy knowing she has a home.xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Dazzlingdiamond for the updates. Great to know that this girl has an offer of a loving home if no one claims her.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have had a few calls but unfortunately the poor dog is still at the local kennels.A lady called me to say she has a foster home lined up but there will probabaly be a charge of around ?80 to have the dog released and there is no funds.I have added the dog again in our local paper so if the little girl is not reunited by the weekend we will have to see what can be done regarding the fees and fostering.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

caty sara as the sex of this dog has now been logged as female I believe someone must have  confirmed with the kennels that the found dog was a bitch. So not Spider I'm afraid. Pam xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

No probs, Jumanji
Now I'm going to go into the realms of fantasy BUT is this a possible match for Spider if the gender/breed isn't sure/confirmed?  16596
Hope I'm not raising hopes unnecessarilyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

catty sara you are correct it should be Queensbury and thanks for pointing it out  ! I hold my hands up as guilty and have amended the page now. Blame it on my being an alien Southerner in the North lol Pam xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

this dog is possibly a collie cross. It was found in fields in the Queensbury area of Bradford. At first the RSPCA were called as people thought it must be injured as the dog was lying down all the time but it was found to be ok and just cowering in fright or being submissive so has now gone to a local stray kennels. I have been trying to contact the kennels for the sex of this dog as the finders were not sure but no one is answering the phones right now. will try again later. xx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Admin - I think the location might be Queensbury, not Queensborough (not sure if it matters) xx
