There is a yonng tri coloured collie (with white tip to his tail) on the many tears website in wales - the dog is named as Ollie and has been there since March.  I know we have no pic to compare with on this site - but it sure is worth a look. http://www.freewebs.com/manytearsrescue/dogslookingforhomes.htm

hi, a picture would be fab as several collies have recently been "rescued" from the local council pounds across south wales. some of these boys are currently residing at four paws animal rescue ( they have a website with pictures and i volunteer for them). Good luck with your search x
