This is just so sad. Isn't it a crime to drive off if you know you've hit an animal? So kind of the passer by to stay with him - at least he wasn't alone at the end. RIP little man xx

the owners of Russ have just heard  the awful news via petlog that Russ was  killed in a RTA on the same day  he ran off. The driver didnt stop but a kind passer by helped him at the scene. Along with Maisie, also on our reunited page at rainbow Bridge, Russ was the second victim of an RTA on the same day on the roads of Leeds. I like to think they are playing together now at Rainbow Bridge xxx bless you little Russ xxx
