Please check out the Swindon Community Facebook page asap as a dog has been found in a terrible state in Swindon very similar to yours - they haven’t stated gender or breed - it has been taken to Eastcott Vets - photo and video of dog on page

2 bichon found doesn’t mention gender but one has a long tail and looks like second has a short tail
