Fantastic news great to see Oscar has been found so quickly.  Thanks to Bulldog Rescue for letting us know and to Jumanji for the text alert.  Well done to everyone who has helped owners in their search.  Welcome home Oscar.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

FOUND: Tuesday 13 January 2009 following Tip Off
Again, the internet made this dog too hot to handle and the owner was tipped off as to where her dog was the day after he was taken. A nice quick outcome for a little lad who just thinks he went for a sleep over.

Owner, sorry to see Oscar is missing.  Thanks for registering his details on DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search.  Great you have supplied a photo of him.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible and MAKE HIM TOO HOT TO HANDLE, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering.  Posters can be printed by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be registered and logged in).    Try and get some media coverage.  Try the St Helens Star and The Reporter, DL have very good results with these papers. Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.  Great he is Chipped do contact the Chip Co and report hIM missing and check you details are up to date.  You must also ensure you get a CRIME NO. from the Police. Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting  Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope he is found soon.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
