- A man was seen with a dog of Harry's description at about 12:10 which fits the timeline, the man was holding the dog by the collar and was on Pennycomequick Hill we think heading towards Pennycomequick roundabout. if anyone was driving in this area at this time and has dashcam can they please check it? Two women were also seen talking to this man do you know who they were, perhaps you could ask them to get in touch with us also?
