From the owner’s FB post, Chico is believed to be in Camber Sands, Rye East Sussex. The woman who was looking after him for a short period while the owner sorted out his housing problem wanted to breed Chico with her EBT. He refused to let this happen so she won’t return him.

The lady who has the dog claims he gave her the dog as he could no longer care for the dog ive suggested they sort this with the police

From a detailed post on Facebook, Chico's owner handed him over to a woman to look after him temporarily, and they claim she's now refusing to give him back :-( Hopefully the police can intervene and help resolve this.
