Just seen this post. Not sure of colouring but he does does have similar eyebrows. Has gone to rescue days not chipped

Just found a young male, answering this description, with a sort of bald patch spot behind it's right ear. Rung the dog warden and waiting for him to collect it. Purley on Thames.
