There is CLEAR CCTV of them with BILLY ** She is MICROCHIPPED and SPAYED. Please look out for her, if FOUND she should be reported to the Council Dog Warden by LAW who do have owners details. She can be taken to a Vet to be scanned

Well done on your post. It was us that found Billy. We tried the RSPCA in Warrington but it was closed and there was no answer on the dog warden phone number. But thanks to a bit of social media searching came across your site and made contact. She has been a pleasure to look after in the mean time. Glad she is back with her family.
