"💔Tonight my worst fears have come to light.
We have found my little baby pip, and unfortunately he has passed over the rainbow bridge. I am beyond devastated but I now have closure to this nightmare.
He was found in an old drainage chamber about a mile from home, it was a place that we had already looked for him weeks ago, but only now has his little body surfaced. This should never have happened, and I will discuss with the local council a way to close this off to make sure this never happens to anyone else’s beloved pet.
I feel more at ease knowing he is home and laid to rest where he belongs, I no longer have to search for him, worry where he could be, or what could have happened to him. I can now grieve for him properly
I am eternally grateful to everyone who helped in my quest to find pip, from sharing my post to going out looking for him, the kind messages and hopeful wishes from people that I know and from complete strangers alike . . . You are amazing and have no idea what it meant . . . The world is full of good people.
I have an extra special thank you to give to my loving family and amazing sister Jessica, she stayed with me the full time, searched day and night with me, has been a shoulder to cry on, and she physically dragged me back to life when I wasn’t able to go on ❤️"

A possible sighting has been made in Balmalloch in Kilsyth.
