this was listed in the free ads, probably a perfectly genuine ad, but might be worth asking, - although they do say pedigree so I presume they have the dogs history. Someone MUST have her. Where is she? Still no sightings/news? Where is the red ford Mondeo. Has someone else been offered her for sale? Are there still posters up?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Remember that a shaggy Bt (and they get shaggy quickly) looks like a 'mutt' - so don't just enquire by breed at rescue places (or where ever) - try asking for Daz dogs or Benji lookalikes too. I'm sure someone must have her - probably bought her and is spoiling her rotten - who could resist that face, you'll get her back, don't give up.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

After coverage in local papers 2 sightings have come in from the same street in Sherburn. Owner out posters up and all were ripped down by kids who then ran off. Owner is going door to door to ask everyone in the strret about Lucy. Sounds as though we are close!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi Naomi-you beat me too it! I was on the phone to the owner saying how we had a wonderful helper who cross posts the Border Terrier details and bingo up you flash! Owner thanks you. Her daughter will e mail the photo accross this afternoon. 3 youths-druggy types in a red Ford Mondeo tried to sell Lucy to a lorry driver in the village for ?50-he refused but memorised the telephone number on her collar which they had not bothered to take off! Owners are featured in todays Evening press and the Local Chronicle. I have good vibes on Lucy being not to far away!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
