Hi, my JRT lost on the 15th Jan Maddock, may have been taken by a lorry driver, description sounds same apart from feet...but still hoping that this little chappie could be him. Any chance of a picky yet. He has to be somewhere...They don't just dissapear surely xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have talked to the owner of the kennels where this little boy is and she does not have the facilities to send a photo yet but is hoping to have soon and will send one if this happens before the situation is resolved. She did say he is a lovely little chap and believes he is a full JRT but does have a full tail which is unusual. Can't really do any more I am afraid. Just hope someone recognises the description and claims him.

In view of the idea this dog could be stoeln and dumped i have emailed council direct asking for a picture to compare with ones on site especailly stolen ones. Its an auto response which can take up to 10 days for a reply. It may be worth us trying the kennels direct.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Finder asked dog warden if she could send a photo and explained I was putting the dog on here and I asked him to get them to send a photo but dog warden just said anything had to go through the council and that they had dealt with us before-whatever that meant.

This little lad has been taken by Broadland District Council Dog Warden tel numbers 01603 430534 or out of hours 01603 705121 The finder was told he will be in their kennels -Bawdeswell, for 7 days and if not claimed probably sent out of County for rehoming. The finder says he is a really lovely dog and quite distinctive tan spots on his white paws. He thinks he has been well cared for in his past and was very sorry he could not keep him as already has 3 rescued dogs. Hope someone recognises this lad.

Hi muns - thanks for that info. We need to put up a telephone number for where the dog is now. Hopefully we will get a photo. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

He was found at Ringland (near Taverham Norwich) and the finder was going to ask the dogs home, which he thought was dogstrust, to contact me and tell them about the photo. I think dogstrust is RSPCA so whether they will or not I am not sure. I do have the finders phone number if anyone thinks they recognise the description and wants to know more.

Had a bit of trouble with writing in boxes so to explain-this dog was found last night and finder says a lovely natured dog, who dogtrust are collecting later since he has 3 rescues now and this one is entire. He feels he may have been dumped, maybe after being stolen. Coat neither smooth nor rough, 'broken' Brown and white but a gingerish brown. Roughly, head brown Brown on rump, brown spots on feet, brown rump and partial brown saddle and the rest white. His tail is not docked. Lady fro dogs trust will scan later and I have asked finder if he could ask her to send a photo-finder no internet or photo phone
