a very friendly young male GSD (approx 2 or 3 years old??) was found in Oxford by my friend on Sunday. He is long hair black and tan, no collar and no microchip found. He is currently in local kennels near Oxford and the Oxfordshire dog warden has details. Dog warden number is 01865 252887 (office hours) or 01865 742138 (out of office hours) It might be worth  calling to see if this dog is   I have tried to log this under found but it doesnt seem to have come up yet, so I must be doing something wrong somewhere?

Thanks Skye's Mum I've spoken to Spencer's family and they have looked at this GSD it is not Spencer.  They are still actively looking for him and went to see a few dogs in Wales at the weekend.  Their other GSD did have pups not long after they got her back and Spencer is the dad, they have kept one which is the image of his dad his name is Murphy.  Jan x

Hi ..if anyone is in touch with the owner can you please ask them to look at number 19203 in dog found. I have been feeding a stray in Herts which has been living in fields since Feb this year..please look at the picture & see if it could possibly be Spencer.

Rang the lady re; found GSD and has been passed to DW who has told her he'll be taken to MDH. Message left on Chris's answerphone letting him know and asking him to get in touch with MDH. Fingers crossed this could be a happy reunion!

There is a male German Shepherd in the Dogs Found section. No photo yet, but was found in the Manchester area.

Thanks for the photo. Will print it off and send to people I know. I was just speaking earlier to my cousin who lives in Cardiff and will send him a poster. I suppose this boy could be anywhere. Still, we'll keep on trying to find him. Stay safe handsome lad.

SPENCER'S PAGE HAS BEEN DUPLICATED, HAVE MERGED 2 PAGES TOGETHER AND DELETED DUPLICATED REGISTRATION. Spoken to owner today, Holly has been found 200 miles away in Cardiff and was reunited through her Chip.  Spencer still remains missing.  Great to see Holly is home and fingers crossed Spencer is found soon.  Lovely reunited photo of Holly added to Spencer's page.  Jan x

I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago requesting photo's to be emailed over so I could get round with posters. If it is Spencer I haven't seen any missing posters of him around the area. Apologies if it's not the same dog that is missing and I would urge owners of GSD's particularly to be extra careful as this may be the third GSD to go missing in a matter of weeks.

Spoken to Chris and he is going to email photo's of Holly and Spencer over to admin this evening. There has been a potential sighting which I don't want to divulge too much information on at the moment until it's been fully followed up. I work in the same area the sighting has been so will advise work colleagues to look out. We're going to cross post to Facebook as we both have lots of contacts in the Sale/Altrincham area and once the photo's have been uploaded I'll get some posters out this weekend. Chris is in daily contact with MDH and has a contact within Trafford Council who has put Holly and Spencers details on the intranet which all staff can view. Fingers crossed we'll have these two reunited PDQ

Chris sorry to see Spencer and Holly are missing.  Thanks for registering their details on DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search.   Can you upload photo/s of them or email to admin@doglost.co.uk (QUOTE ID 16934 & 16936 any problems with photo/s let us know.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible we cannot stress enough the importants of postering.  Posters can be printed one a photo has been added by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in).  Have they gone missing from home or on a walk? Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.   Great they are Chipped have you contacted the Chip Co to report them missing? Please update on who has been contacted, DW's etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting  Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope they are found soon.  Jan x
