Teddy is now safely back home. Huge thank you to finder and to Doglost. X

He is chipped yes. Will suggest she checks all that when he is back. By the way finder was wonderful and because she asked lots of questions that is how he was located as Southwark were unable to.

reggiemollieros thanks for the updates and so glad that owner has been found. Terrible that she has had so much trouble locating him and the delay in being reunited not to mention the extra costs. I dont know if the dog is microchipped so maybe owner has not kept details up-to-date or there is a failing in the system that owner was not notified. Fingers crossed that this dog is reunited tomorrow.

Thank you Battersea for your help x

He has been located finally in a holding kennel in Sevenoaks Kent. Owner has been calling since 9am this morning and by the time they got back to her it was too late as they close at 4pm. So another night in kennels. Release fee is very high too. Shame as he could have been back home by now. Also they have to go to Sevenoaks to get him. I remember this happening a few years ago on a bank holiday to a dog found in Streatham Hill. Anyway at least we know he is safe xx Last edited: 2021-08-31 18:17:31 by reggiemollieros

There is a lost post for this dog on Facebook on a page run by PawBoost. I tweeted it and was matched to here and that person has sent an email to owner via the website and I have also tagged her on Facebook. Hopefully she will check in soon. He was lost from the Imperial War Museum. Last edited: 2021-08-31 00:54:18 by reggiemollieros
