DogLostJayne - Founder Doglost.
e mail from owner:   Hello,
As promised, I'm writing to let you know that Tess, our 5 year old staffie/whippet cross has been found safe and sound, exactly two weeks after she went missing in woods near Taunton of February the 2nd. We are over the moon.
Please take her off your notice boards and off your internal databases.
There was a sighting of Tess last night, running through a farmyard near Taunton, just as it was getting dark and about an hour ago my parents managed finally to catch up with her.
She is thin, but unharmed. She will visit the vet tomorrow, just to be sure.
We'll probably never know of the adventure she's had.
Thank you all for your kind words and advice,

I have spoken to Tess's owner today, she has been missing a week but is fit and healthy enough to cope with the weather we have had. Unfortunatly there have been no sightings. % mile area plastered with posters, schools, stables, vets etc. Now area is being extended. Advised owner to go to St Giles and look rather than just phone as they are so busy. Hope there is news soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
