Just come off the phone with owners -  Alfie was found quite close to where he went missing in the gardens of a house locally, Luckily this house had a caretaker who was checking the grounds and spotted him. He is now back home and is fit and well.

is there still a cafe there?...... if so he could scavenge for food there..... has the cafe been alerted and do they have a poster.

Alfie chased after a deer at about 3pm on Sunday afternoon in the Ashridge woods near Albury. This walk is about 6 miles from home. I have advise owners on scenting the area and leaving clothing at the last spot they saw him. They have started to poster and 3 Dog Wardens in local area are aware. Owners will be back out again as light fades, they have one possible sighting which they will map and hopefully we may be able to work out his 'triangle'
