- Have put posters up around Worsthorne and Hurstwood. Also roads leading out towards Nelson and Colne. From here you can also see that Buddy could so easily get to the top moor over Todmorden or Gisburn. Will get back over there and put up posters in these areas.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I am able to download posters and take them to Worsthorne on Monday. Will also get them in the surrounding moorlands which are well used by walkers and local traffic.RachelLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Have circulated Buddy's details to all handlers at my dog club in Haslingden, apparently this dog was being looked after and could be trying to make his way home but he lives miles away from where he was lost, poor dog. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Worsthorne is a very open area and from here this dog could go over alot of mooorland towards Howarth, Hebden Bridge, Todmorden or beyond Burnsley to Nelson, Colne etc. so think contacting rescue centres and wardens across these areas is useful. I will contact the warden for Calderdale which covers the area to theeast of Worsthorne. If we can get a photo it will be easy for me to get around this area to put them up. - cross posted to labrador forums get as many posters up as you can.... contact dag warden vets rescue centres. get acolour advert in the lost and found pets section of your local newspaper offer a reward in the advert and on posters. you can only print posters when you are logged in... put them up everywhere...i cannot emphasize how important this is.........the more people know he is missing the more pairs of eyes are out there looking for him. put posters up on poo bins supermarket carparks tell the postman and binmen as they are out and about all the time, train stations bus stops bins schools leisure centres. and update doglost so you can get the help in the right areas. good luck xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Owner, sorry to see Buddy is missing. Thanks for registering his details on DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search. Can you email photo/s of them a.s.a.p. to admin@doglost.co.uk any problems with photo/s please let us know. You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering. Posters can be printed by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be regisered and logged in). Has he gone missing from home or on a walk? Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo). Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone. Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering. You can leave a comment by selecting Add a comment just above Comments. Good luck and hope he is found soon. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
