Could not really put on site what was fully happening behind the scenes. I have been working closely with passing information onto kent police and we had a name of the thief who is known to the police. Word must have got out thast we knew who he was as he met the owners daughter after she made contact. She choose a public place and the person turned up and handed Pickle back. no money changed hands ! Pickle will be off to vets for a check up plus his missing jabs and a chip. owners delighted to have him home and thank us for the help given.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

e mail from owners friend Could you please help find this pug puppy, who is 10 weeks old, a bitch, bred from an american champion, who was stolen by a man and women who pretended to be interested in a car for sale. When the persons went inside to get something related to the car the man and women made off with the bitch puppy. He thought they were just playing with the pups and thought he could trust them for a minute, but alas they obviously was never interested in the car, only the pups. Luckily  the other pup followed the owner indoors and the older pugs were of no interest to the people.
The people arrived in a white small van and the man wore a hi-viz sleeveless jacket - the sort worn by road repairers. They were aged mid twenties and this happened in Tudeley, near Tonbridge, Kent, on Thursday 5th Feb.
The police have been informed, as have the local vets. The pup had not yet been registered or chipped but had had its first vacinations.
Phone number for information and owner is 01732 360392 - Mr Stapley. Please  help if you can - we have leaflets out.
Thanks
