Another update on 'Nigel' from Swale - Nigel is back from his MOT.
He's believed to be around 12 years old. He's suffering from a bacterial infection, demodex mites, pain from arthritis and a bit of a runny bum. He's been treated for parasites, had a few nails trimmed and will be receiving ongoing care for his achy joints and bad skin.
With proper care, pain management and a good diet the vet has given him a positive prognosis. We're still working hard behind the scenes to secure this lovely boy a foster home and will continue to keep you all updated.

*Second Update*
Nigel is booked in for a full health check and MOT on Monday. We're hoping to start him on pain relief to make him more comfortable and try to get his skin condition under control.
We'll post some more pictures and updates then. In the meantime, thank you for your kind words and support

*First Update*
Nigel as he's been named by his finders had a cosy night in his kennel.
After a quick vet check, it appears his tail has previously been broken and he has some age related cataracts. He's a very old boy, so we'll be working closely with our rescue contacts to help secure him a foster home.
