- Thanks lindsayloulou, sounds like the same beagle has been sighted again recently, helper has posted on DOGLOST NORTHWEST FB page. I've tried to contact owner to alert them to it and have asked the helper to check if they think it could be Sam. Would be great if it was him after all this time. Jan x

- I've passed a poster to Whiston Village pet shop and printed some posters for family. Alerted owner today as could not see any posters which were up last week, they have been getting taken down, not sure if it is the Council or someone else. DL posters will be getting put back up in the area. Still no reported sightings. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Very sorry to hear that Ben is missing and due to negligence on the part of others. Just an idea but whenever my Beagles have escaped from home they make a beeline for other people's gardens to raid bins, drains etc! He may be stuck somehwere not too far away unable to get back. It may be worth leafletting the neighbourhood to get peole to check their properties. However they are usually quite noisy if stuck somewhere. I just hope you find him very soon I can well understand how worried you must be. Good luck, come back Ben to your warm loving home. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Lyndsey, welcome on board DL. Thanks for registering and posting on Ben's page, you should have received the info and posters that I've emailed to you. We cannot stress enougth the importance of the posters and use the small ones for handing out and delivering to houses in the surrounding area. It just takes that one person to see a poster and recognise him. If not done by Monday I will pass a poster to the owner of the Petshop in Whiston Village. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- A4 Posters and smaller ones emailed to owner, with further advice. Once the posters start getting circulated and in the right place fingers crossed his family get the phone call they are waiting for. Good luck. Jan x If anyone is able to help with the postering please let us know and we can email the various size posters to you. Thanks Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I've seen a hand made poster near to my workplace and contacted owners. Workmen left the gate open and Ben got out. Owners have been doing a brilliant job already in their search. Have given them further advice of places to contact etc. DW has been informed and they have checked Halewood RSPCA (this is where he would go if picked up). He was chipped to their address abroad but this has now been updated. Will do the usual various size posters and also send owner further advice via email. A photo will be sent a.s.a.p.
