He has recently moved to a new foster home with his sister and their other dogs. Bruce was playing in the garden and when one dog barked at him he scaled the fence in to a neighbouring garden which is not secure. He is extremely nervous of new people and it is likely that he will need the foster family or specialist equipment to trap
