- Great news. Well done all involved. Some interesting points brought up with regards to the use of drones when the farmer who owned the fields he was seen in refused drone operators to fly above his land. Privacy law and nuisance can be quoted.
Drone SAR state that the farmer can’t refuse….. dronesafe website has a different take especially as Scottish rules regarding air property is different. https://dronesaferegister.org.uk/blog/is-it-legal-to-shoot-down-a-drone-over-your-property - bottom line is if a farmer says no… it’s no.
