- Wonderful news. Elated for owner. No doubt was probably being fed by someone, which is one of the most common reasons why cats go "Missing". Stay close now Tilly:-) xxx

- Check ALL outbuildings, including empty houses and cellars THOROUGHLY in case trapped. When trapped cats can stay very still, and quiet. They are renowned for it. Is there a dominant cat in the area? As sometimes they will chase a less confident cat out of it`s own territory. However the chased cat will not return until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Check trees; any decking too. Bering in mind to that cats have very flexible spines,. and can squeeze into very small spaces (About 2"/3"
wide), so has she managed to climb into a partially opened window., and is now trapped, (In spite of being elderly). Put some sardines, tuna or warm chicken in her dish, and call her. Night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Place her UNWASHEDS blanket into a clean container along with your scent too Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. Wipe her scent on all your garden fences; gates; doors too; anything leading up to the garden. Also empty contents of the hoover onto the garden. Litter tray contents too. DO NOT leave the litter tray/box as other cats may use it could upset, and confuse the cat. Was there a delivery van in h area at he time she went missing, which she could have climbed in? Take long around the area, holding an object with her scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone ay be feeding her (Common problem) Poster around the area, post flyers though doors too. Ask around, especially those with children as they cam be very observant where animals are concerned. Hope Tilly is found very soon. Paws xd.Last edited: 2021-11-17 07:54:32 by TrudielovesMax! - 2021-11-16 23:50 Lily
