- Sasuz did the dog warden ever get back to your email?

- Pawpups aka Lauren, until I get confirmation from the dog warden I will not accept he is reunited I am afraid. As an animal lover I will follow legal procedures

- Dog warden was called yesterday and person keeping hold of the dog advised they would take to Bristol ARC yesterday afternoon. No confirmation of this at the current time but have emailed the dog warden. Very concerned as it appears the finders and people involved just work for a dog day care and no experience of the law or rehoming dogs. I will update when the dog warden replies to my email Monday, once he has spoken to Bristol ARC and who was looking after the dog. I just hope he's ok

- I have received confirmation not reported as found to the dog warden as is a legal requirement. Thankfully they are now aware in case an owner reports missing.

- Also the breeder details on the chip were NEVER shared with the finder as the original vets and another vets have refused to give them out. Last edited: 2021-11-19 12:51:52 by Pawspups

- Thank you for everyone’s concern but please do not assume dog is being kept. This is being dealt with professionally and all actions are being taken to find his owners. Dog warden has been initially informed by vets and the people helping him are currently trying to inform them again to get official directions but as they are in such a demand is hard to get through so if anyone has any ideas that would be appreciated. Posters are a great idea.Last edited: 2021-11-20 10:27:41 by Pawspups

- Lisa T the facebook post you have shared is my post and not finders post, she deleted her post after I kept asking her if she had informed dog warden

- Unfortunately finder has refused to confirm whether dog warden was informed. Dog was found Tuesday evening, taken to vets who called registered chip owner (the breeder). Sadly finder handed to a "doggy day care" and has now given the dog to a friend who are keeping him! I have informed the dog warden, done a post here and also petslocated to try and help find owner. Very annoyed finder rehomed the same day she found him as she refused to take to Bristol ARC being the out of hours for the dog warden.
