There is a dog on the Stray Aid site that looks remarkably like Fizz. It cannot be her as it is a male but wondered if it could be one of her pups as she was about to whelp when she went missing 2 years ago. Have informed the owners in case they want to check this out.

Thank you Sue. It was a year ago yesterday that they were stolen along with Peg who we found last month. Let's hope this brings a result.

Suggest witht he great news that Peg was found, that the other two are put int he Countryman's Weekly again or further postering / publicity somewhere? - local papers love 'found' stories so try area Peg was found as well as Lincs/Newark etc
There is a lot of racing going on at Southwell lately, also Market |Rasen is racing - it might be a good place to poster - lads' canteen, staff areas, racecourse stables etc, always get your local racecourse and racing yards onside!

we went to the fair at wisbech but still nothing. a lady we spoke to through the internet has just rung us tonight saying some irish travellers are stopping near her an they have a white van. but today a dog which was stolen at the beginning of feb (ruffly same time as ours) has just been handed to a rescue centre from near them and it belonged to a woman at mansfield which isnt to far down the road from us she has gone to have a look at the van registration at the irish travellers  to see if its the same as the one we have and to see if it could be those who took our dogs. this thursday also stow horse fair is on and they always have a number of dogs there and many travallers have told us ours are most likely to turn up there but were not sure if we can make it there or not yet due to work

hi ive done everything that everyones recommended but still nothing the van what took them registration is LR04 USZ just in case it may turn up at any shows its taken other dogs but some of the people havent put there dogs on here its taken a bedlington whippet and the men out of it was looking at a mans bullxgreyhounds over his back garden fence, but he caught them and sent them on there way but there was also a bedlington taken in lincoln but the lady wasnt sure about the vehicle, but all these dogs have been taken around lincoln and market rasen area. all your help is truly apprecaited as i want my girls home.

Update fro owner   hi no still no news i tried to get in touch with the people who have lost there whippet from wisbeach but no joy from them either. thank you for looking everything around here seems to have gone quite now on the matter almost like they've been forgotton well keep in touch tho soons we here any thing we'll let you know.

Fizz is a very distinct looking little girl, so would be more noticeable than her lurcher mates initially.Would suggest hare-coursing areas, early am and dusk but be careful. Watch from a vehicle, take binoculars. Look for the van too. Wish I was nearer to help you.

Have just spoken to owners of this little dog. They are doing all the right things to find her and the other 2 dogs that were stolen by 3 men in a large white van. The police have been informed, Lincs FM have put out an appeal and they have advertised in all the local newspapers. They are also sending details to rescue centres as far away as Leicestershire. Fizz is due to have her pups next week so lets hope she can be found soon. Have sent contact details for Lincolnshire and the surrounding counties.
