- Comment from Spaceman, copied and pasted:
spoke with the owner last week. Suggested he follow DogLost advice and look at Alf?s thread on here and ST for ideas. He promised to phone me the next day when I went to Bewel, but he didn?t. I saw 3 posters, but only because I was looking out for them.
I walked one of my dogs about 2 miles west of the visitor car park, ironically sign posted to Bramble Bay. Also looked around the boat park and the entrance/exit roads.
I took another dog over the damn wall and walked about a mile the other side. Good views from the damn wall across the fields and woodland towards the A21.
Also kept my eyes peeled around Cousley Wood
Great to here others are keen to help and out looking. Nuff said.

- We ran round Bewl yesterday - didn't see one missing poster for Bramble!!! Don't know if that means he has been found or if there weren't any in the first place.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Any news? Owner needs to up the postering now the poster does work but many many have to be put up so someone will see it. Bramble should have been found by now.so keep checking the rescues and pounds in case he has been picked up.

- Bramble was lost very close to the entrance as you come into bewl carpark area etc heading towards the slope down to the water. This is not a familiar area- owner lives in Tunbrige wells. Bramble was spotted on the A21 on the first sat night but no further sightings. Owner is going back to bewl to keep looking and uses his whistle as bramble is a working dog and will respond if he hears it. Advised owner to get posters out in surrounding areas ( he has done some at bewl plus lamberhurst). Rangers at bewl have been notified as has the dog warden. he has been advised to keep phoning rescues in the area although told by Viking oaks it was out the area- i said still phone as a dog could be picked up and taken out of area.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
