Boxer or  possibly boxer cross staffie Name Charlie
Found in Llanarth SA44 on Wednesday
Dogs name is Charlie, he was owned by someone called Gary Skinner who lived in Fishguard, he was moving to France, the local vet has confirmed the owner aquired a pet passport, and had all the jabs rabies etc, to take the dog with him, and is surprised he has been found in Wales.  All we can think is that the dog was rehomed instead, possibly in the Llanarth Area.  I have tracked down someone who helped gary skinner move to France, and he is trying to get hold of him to see what happened to the dog, thanks
