- Putting a postcode miles away can make such a difference as did this one, AW’s had already added to DL ID172396. If I had known this was the same dog I would of added the photo, cross referenced and followed up.

- Jan Major - when I was messaged about the dog being found on the dock road, I just looked up a postcode for the Dock Road and L19 came up first.. If AW posted photos, it would help when postcodes sometimes confuse and L19 to L3 (4 miles) isn’t that far for a lurcher. My family member who asked me to post her up is bemused by the complicated interaction when it’s clearly the same dog.
The time taken from owner posting with a photo, to a match with this dog, was less than 10 mins from memory… as a picture always speaks a thousand words.
The dog warden said to the finder that they’d treat her injury.
I’m delighted to have been of help based on the information provided to me on posting.

- Ok thanks, there is a Dock Road L3 and also Garston Docks would be L19, going by missing postcode looks like found in L3. At least owner knows where she is. Hope gets the treatment she may need

- Still the same dog, finder and owner have had contact with each other directly.

- It’s the same dog. Finders said she was running loose on the dock road so I just used L19 and L3 is where she was collected from I'm guessing (finders home).

- Checked owners missing post on Scouse Pets 2 and says missing from L3

- BO can you please confirm the FOUND postcode? The found details by the AW’s you have commented is the same dog is registered as L3. I know there may of been a problem adding postcodes

- Thanks BO for adding. Owner is in touch with Animal Wardens now, he posted a missing post on FB which was cross matched to DL
