Please check out the Swindon Community Facebook page asap as a dog has been found in a terrible state in Swindon very similar to yours - they haven’t stated gender or breed - it has been taken to Eastcott Vets - photo and video of dog on page

Does this Bichon have a straight tail? As opposed to curly. Very unkempt Bichon spotted swanley borders near Canada heights. Noted on 'spotted in Swanley fb page by Emma Brown. Have snapshot of page if helpful

Karen, thank you for the update.. it was starting to get a tad confusing as to what was going on. x

Yes Puffy is safe, he was found by a gentleman outside the Premier Inn, taken and scanned by a Vet who returned to registered owner.

Unfortunately this was not the lady who asked for help finding Puffy and apparently bought him off the registered owner 2 years ago, but didn't update microchip details to her own.

We are still helping and advising to see if there is any way she can approach previous owner

Update:
Puffy is safe, but hasn’t been returned to the person who he’s been living with.
