BUSTER IS STILL MISSING. 💔
Now suspected to be INSIDE Richmond Park.
Last sighting: bolting through Onslow Road, and also through Marlborough road, Richmond.
———
After 3 days and nights of searching, flyers, posters and countless generous souls who have literally given up most of their weekend to help, we are now convinced he’s headed to, in and into Richmond park.
Buster was bolting at a speed of 12-15MPH through Twickenham, St Margaret’s and down to Richmond. (Thanks to the cyclist who tailed him through to St Margaret’s and had strava on).
Busters sightings confirm that he has bolted in pretty much a straight line and often only turning in roads and locations that he familiar with.
Thanks to all the people who posted and shared flyers on foot today and shared this page far and wide we now had enough lead to stupefy that he was in Richmond.
Tonight we received a call and a few messages to say that they heard a distressed dog barking at the gates of Cambrian Road, Richmond Park. We have also heard that a dog was seen bolting through Richmond and a cyclist caught this on camera. We’re appealing to anyone who knows this cyclist to reach out to us and share the video with us.
Tomorrow morning we will be returning to Richmond Park before the gates open. Please could we ask that if you know anyone who will be walking, cycling, driving through the park tomorrow to please keep and eye out for Buster and let us know in the first instance. We are less than 15 minutes away. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE HIM. See the image of instructions posted with this post. If you spot him, call us and find a ranger - who will know what to do - and stay put. Catch it on camera so that we can verify it is him, and if at all possible wait until one of us get there. 🙏
We’re aware what a tall order this must be. We cannot thank everyone for the support enough. We’re conscious that haven't even thanked each and every one of you properly today. We have now met quite a few of you but there's still so many of you whom we know have been out searching for our boy Buster and we don't even know who you are yet.
———
Please do know that each and every one of you are amazing. From calling places to check, sharing this page and flyers to make Buster too hot to handle, your hours and hours searching, walking, cycling and driving. Most, importantly for your time. ❤️
We are incredibly overwhelmed by each and every one of your generous spirits, kindness and care for our dog Buster. Without which, we wouldn't have been able to still be walking and staying somewhat sane. YOU are what's giving us hope and strength to bring our baby home.
So, to everyone who have been with us since our nightmare begun on Friday and to all who have joined us in the last 24 hours, Thank you.
If only he could hear us ‘Buster, if you are inside Richmond Park, we hope you can stay out long enough for us to find you. 😢’
KEEP SHARING THIS PAGE, KEEP SOREADING THE WORD. Thank you thank you thank you.
