Oh my god, can't believe it, we've found him. We all ' camped ' out on the road and the streets around the area he was seen, hoping we might see fudge being walked.  We were ready for calling it a day but thought we would post the last of the posters at the flats across from the petrol station.  My husband got to the second floor of the second lot of flats and looked out onto the fields at the back of them,  and there fudge was, the guy was walking down the foot path with him that leads right to the petrol station.  we approached him and shooted his name, fudge went crazy, the guy dropped the lead So we got hold of fudge gave him a great big kiss and cuddle, we asked the guy were he got him from, he replied ' sandbrook park canal, thats right behind our house, so fudge wasn't far at all , he would have probably come home on his own if he hadn't have took him. so after that we took him home and opened a great big bottle of wine to celerbrate. Fudge has been spotted on oldham rd, rochdale at the Texaco garage near st cuthberts school.  A tall slim scruffy looking guy with tattoos to his hands has claimed him as his own  I received a call from a lovely lady this morning saying she took hold of fudge while he went inside to purchase some easter eggs.  She is 99.9 % sure because he had the distinctive collar on and it isn’t mentioned in my missing posters.  He told her he had found him near the canal and is keeping him for his wife,  He also said that he had bought him a new collar and renamed him Jake.  Please if anyone is around that area and see him contact me asap.

Fudge dissapeared fro our home address:   lowther rd, Rochdale OL11 , just off Queensway Near Sandbrook Park retail park. Our house backs onto a canal which stretches quite a way in both directions. Pass this info onto as many people you know, and thankyou very much for your concern.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner, you need to get posters out as soon as you can about Fudge. Also contact all local vets, dog warden in Rochdale and local rescue centres including Bleakholt sanctuary and Manchester dogs home. Vets willhave contact details of dog clubs in the area. These are useful as they can pass information on to club members who are out and about walking their dogs. Where about in Rochdale has Fudge gone mising from. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
