- It’s a long shot but she looks like my rescue spaniel. He was in the care of the Liverpool RSPCA branch. We rehomed him in Feb 2019 but I know he lived with a female spaniel called Betty who was rehomed separately. My dog too has marks and scars. Just thought I’d comment incase it’s her. Then you’ll know which area she may be located in
