- If this girl is also tattooed, that will be traceable through the National Dog Tattoo Register - I’m surprised the RSPCA person did not realise that…. is it possible anyone could have a look ? Someone obviously cared enough to have her tattooed - probably as a young puppy and it would be nice to know her name & her owner too. Poor girl - so sad.
