Karl please take time to look at Sophie the golden retriever missing from Irchester since the 16th August-not so far away-do you think the dog on the site may have been her? If so please ring owner. Eddie is right you really need to get the posters up in local shops,lamposts etc-They really do work.

I'm not trying to give you a hard time mate, but more posters are needed. Go to the site where the bypass labourers are, Renhold Rd. Go just before 6pm, they are getting in the Mini buses around that time and make sur that every one has your mobile number and give some of them posters. There are travellers just near the first junction on the Dual Carriageway (A421) Ask them if they've seen her, making out that you know she wouldn't be there, as she isn't their sort of dog. DON'T be aggressive, be passive and appeal to their better nature. Tell them your kids are really missing Elsa and your little girl (4yrs old) cries a lot asking for Elsa. OK so you lie............. never lied before?

hello elsa is not home yet ,I have put posters up where people take dogs and also in the local paper there has been no sightings ,there are many people aware she is gone

Is Elsa back home?? I went all through Gt Barford tonight from almost every direction making myself very late home and I didn't see one poster anywhere!! Not in the PO, not on lamp posts, not on farm gates ..... not anywhere.

I go through Gt Barford several times a week. I'll certainly keep my eyes open. They are just starting on the By-pass so there are lots of workmen in the nearby fields. It'd be an idea to make them aware.
