- I haven't had the info for the local flyball club yet. Info has been sent to local dog training club. Have been advised to put her on local Lurcher Search. Have done now. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I placed large advert in local evening paper and local weekly. this week I wrote a letter to the editor of the paper, which was published. I've had a few people phoning with suggestions. A couple of people have reported sightings, but it was a male, not a female. Still putting up posters. Have sent a poster to each vet within 25 miles and visit local rescue centre regularly. they phoned when the heard of a Border bitch found, but it was nsot Lucy.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Might be useful to contact local dog trainers and clubs in the area who can pass the word on about Lucy. Local vets usually have numbers. I will email information to the local flyball team which has a large membership in the area. RachelLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I have spoken with Lucy's owners tonight and a border terrier was sighted on Saturday about 1/2 a mile from where she went missing. A man was seen to put this dog in his car and drive off. Her owners have been postering the area and hopefully someone will come forward with some news of her. Because of the nearby bordering areas I have advised her owners to contact dog wardens and stray kennels for Wakefield and Barnsley. Hoping to see this girl home very soon xx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Owner, sorry to see Lucy is missing. Thanks for registering her details with DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search. Can you send us photo/s to admin@doglost.co.uk (QUOTE ID 17511), you need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering. Posters can be printed once a photo has been uploaded by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be registered and logged in). Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo). Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone. Great she is Chipped, ensure you contact the Chip Co and report her missing and check your details are up to date. Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering. You can leave a comment by selecting Add a comment just above Comments. Good luck and hope she is found soon. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
