It will be 2 months on Thursday since Bobby went missing and not a second goes by when i dont think of him. We have tried everything to get Bobby back. We have put posters up, advertised in Local papers, got the local paper to run an article, rung into the radio, set up a facebook group...... Its so frustrating as we have had no sightings for over 7 weeks. Surely someone must of seen him or knows something???? Thanks to everyone who is still keeping thier eyes open. Over 500 posters have gone out in a 10-12 mile radius but there have been no sightings of Bobby since 22nd March. Michaela is doing everything she possibly can and will be starting a new poster campaign offering an undisclosed reward, updated posters have been emailed. Come on Bobby where are you?

Owner flooding areas with posters and home made flyers. Doglost flyers will be available soon.
Everything is being done with regards to scenting, leaving food etc. Food being taken at Burnby but owner realises that it may be the local badgers.
Owner is doing an absolute fantastic job to get Bobby back.

Spoken to owner again and she is going to start scenting this evening. There is a disused out building very close to where Bobby was last seen, the owner of the building has given Bobby's owner permission to use as a base, keeping my fingers crossed that he's still in the area.

Should have mentioned, Bobby is quite nervous of strangers and should be approached with caution as he is likely to bolt, if anybody should happen to see him then please call owners whilst keeping Bobby in sight if at all possible.

Have just spoken to Bobbys owner. Bobby has been with them for just over a year, he was a rescue dog that had been straying for some time before being picked up so knows how to fend for himself.
Owners have postered areas of sightings heavily. Two definite sightings . The first in Nunburnholme on Friday the 20th when he ran past a lady who wanted to grab him but was afraid he would bite, The second in Londesborough on Sunday the 22nd where he was seen in someones garden but ran off again.
Bobbys owners are not sure whether the sighting at Millington Pastures was actually him as it has turned out that a man was walking a similar dog to Bobby at the same time, but owner is open minded about this.
Have emailed scenting instructions to owner who has promised to keep us updated.

Have phoned owners for an update this morning and unfortunately there has been no further news of this lovely boy apart from the sightings when he first went missing. It does sound as though someone may have taken him in and I have urged his owners to keep up with their postering. PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Dear owner, you might also consider sending posters to local vets and ask local post men/women to keep watch. I hope you get some good news soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have spoken to Bobby's owners and they have contacted local dog wardens and are about to  start postering the area. There  were sightings of him near to where he went from about an hour afterwards  but none since. I have advised re the 7 day rule and now they are aware the owners will be checking at the stray kennels in person. Bobby is a rescue dog and is chipped to the rescue he came from. They are aware he is missing. hoping to see this lovely boy back home very soon xx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
