Dear @evridelivery
One of your couriers is responsible for Brandy has gone missing today for leaving our front gate open. We just want her home safe thanks to your couriers insufficiency for not closing the gate after leaving our premises.
I’ve emailed this morning and there’s no response. This could’ve happened to a child or any other pet, but our lil cocker spaniel (Brandy) is still missing and we don’t know where she is.
My brother @98markham and I are going out of our minds to try and find her. This is potentially a dog-napping issue and all we want is answers from your courier and you as a well established company. I’ve had reports from my local area that certain parcels have not been delivered after this incident has happened.
Also whoever has Brandy and knows her whereabouts please do the right thing and bring her home, she is loved here. I feel bad enough for ordering a parcel from this delivery services and if she never returns home I’ll never forgive myself.
