- EXTRA INFO "Teddy was stolen from his elderly owners home in tilbury by someone pretending they worked for the council, he was taken over 12 weeks ago, I'm hoping someone has seen him somewhere. If you have please contact me he needs to be home. He is really one of kind so would be rather noticeable."
