Have spoken to Montys owner for more info.   Owners daughter had registered him on DL as missing but will try to get a pic on asap. Gave contact details for Plantation Dog Rescue York to check.  They have notifed dog wardens, the local farmers in the area.  He has more or less free reign as it is so rural but always comes home so owners arent sure if he has become ill or gone somewhere which he is unable to get out of.  He has been on Metacam .They are checking the local area, bushes, dykes, and other people are also keeping their eyes open in the local area. Suggested getting posters into the Foresty Commission office locally. I hope this boy is back as hate to see "oldies" missing Keep safe Monty xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hard to tell without a photo on here, but there's a black and white dog with a lump on his face on lost dogs Yorkshire (http://www.lostdogsyorkshire.com/apps/photos/photo?photoid=29936442).  The collar is the wrong colour, but maybe worth the owner taking a look?
