- The sighting in Leicestershire is being followed up by local people and those actively searching for Bodie from his area

- On Lost and Found Pets of Leicester FB page there is a post about a black flatcoat running loose in Broughton Astley. Probably a long shot but maybe worth following up. 🤞🤞Last edited: 2022-08-09 18:17:48 by Sheila

- Thanks Alex, a call was made to the Beauport Riding Centre but they have confirmed the dog is a local farm dog. I think this was the same dog seen in the area the first week Bodie went missing that owner followed up.
Bodie is still missing sadly :-( - 2022-07-14 23:11 Alex-W
- I just posted this to DogLost East Sussex FB group post but will post below.
I was at Beauport Riding School last night (13/07) and a big black blur ran out in front of us on the yard. I didnt get a good look as it was dark (around 10pm) but light enough to make out the shape and colour. I didn’t twig at first it could be your missing flat coat seeing another comment about a possible sighting by Bannatynes on the FB post makes me wish I’d commented sooner. - 2022-07-14 12:27 Zoe - Area Volunteer - East Sussex
- Just an update. Bodie is still missing. Possible but unconfirmed sighting last Thursday(8 days ago!) but nothing since. There is an amazing group effort in the search for Bodie and a lot going on behind the scenes. We are trying to keep people away from area where possible but there has been four of us walking the general area daily, both early and late, quietly with our own dogs. Posters have gone up around the area in past couple of days but if there is anyone within a 5 mile radius that could even pop one up outside of their home then we would be extremely grateful. Hopefully they will generate a sighting.

- I walked the area very early this morning with my dog before work. Posters up in the wood themselves which is great but probably could do with some in the surrounding areas? I think the Drone people are sending a drone up today over the reservoir and a tracker dog is going out too. Really hope today brings some news.
