- Try contacting local taxi firms, bus companies and possibly Beryl bikes (council run hire bikes and electric scooters) to ask if they are aware of anyone in the area at the time.
Are police still considering him missing? Without any sightings they need to consider theft by finding as he hasn't been handed in and hasn't been found.
