- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - These 2 young pups were found in a very remote area of Carlow, they appear to have been dumped 😟 They are in poor body condition and have been out in a field for over a week, a trap had to be used by the Dog Warden to catch them as they are extremely scared and nervous. - UPDATE: The 2 pups Hilda and Joy ❤️ that came into us last week have now left us and gone into the care of Cara Rescue Dogs where they will be given the vet care they need and into a foster home where they can get back to full health
