- A friend who used to keep tortoises told me that tortoises can recognise it`s owners voice, and scent, if the have had them for a while. So I would keep searching around the area. Shells xd.Last edited: 2022-07-30 07:35:07 by TrudielovesMax!

- Could your tortoise have burrowed, and is "Hiding"? Assume you asked neighbours at the tine he went missing to check their outbuildings? Also keep checking behind trees; hedges etc. Shells xd

- Assume you have poste around the area, and put flyers through doors too? I would also ask families with children as they can be very observant, Your tortoise may be living in a nearby garden. Check vets; check vets; animal rescue centres too in case handed in. Also google Pets Located, and Missing Pet Register too, where they list FOUND tortoises. Shells xd.
