- From owner We know now that our dog was hit by a car along the Petworth Road, near Witley rec yesterday at around 3pm. 2 men were seen trying to put her in their car (but she was acting quite aggressive) so it has not been determined if she was picked up or not. Unfortunately we haven’t heard anything from any vets despite calling as many as possible in the area. If you are walking in the area today, please look and listen out for her."
